Kansas Internet Budget and Reporting System (IBARS)

IBARS is the online budget system that state agencies use to compile budget requests for submission in September of each year.

To sign on to IBARS, please use the link below. (Make sure that all steps in “Appendix E: Initial Computer Setup” on page 111 of the IBARS User Manual have been followed for proper internet option settings, including pop-up blocker, allowing downloads, and security.
